PARTNER
PAOLO SORIANO
A University of Texas graduate, native Texan, and long-time Austin resident, Superstition is his third bar endeavor following his successful launch of Reina, Higher Ground, and Skinny's. He has spearheaded the project from start to finish, raising all required investor capital as well as managing the bar's build-out and current operating teams. Paolo successfully guided Reina through the rough waters of the Covid Pandemic and into the black, landing the business at $1M in revenue over only five operating months. While other bar operators closed their doors, Paolo navigated through the significant capacity restrictions and successfully ensured full distributions to Reina's investors within 1 year.

CHARLES FERRARO
An original Austinite, Ferraro is Co-Owner of Hotel Vegas and Volstead Lounge, two high volume, iconic and award winning East Austin bars. Hotel Vegas is one of the epicenters of the Austin creative scene, as well as one of the most respected small Rock n' Roll rooms in the country and the highest volume SXSW revenue. Ferraro began his career in live music at Antone's more than 20 years ago while in art school at the University of Texas. He quickly became close friends with his mentor, Clifford Antone, and immersed himself in the local live music scene. After graduation, he continued on as a manager at the blues club in addition to working with bands, and doing concert and event promotions. Beyond his involvement in the music world, he became heavily involved in the emerging East Austin scene working as an artist and curator. He is also Co-Owner of Austin's first natural wine bar, LoLo Wine, in addition to other ventures including a production company and an art non-profit.

DIRECTOR OF EVENTS
ELLIE LITTLE
Born and raised in Austin, TX, Ellie joined NoCo Hospitality with over 10 years of event production in the local scene. Her extensive experience is bolstered through producing activations for Consensus 2022, SXSW, long-running comedy and music performances, and hosting more intimate events including Bumble's Friendsgiving and Stitch Fix's holiday event.
Prior to joining NoCo, Ellie was the Director of Events at The Sunset Room and was instrumental in culminated with the "Best Venue in Austin, TX" award presented by the International Live Events Association in 2022, a coveted prize that Ellie was instrumental in achieving.
It's difficult to find someone in the Austin events industry who hasn't worked with Ellie, either directly or indirectly, and it's impossible to find someone who won't comment on her customer-driven, problem-solving, and accommodating work style.

NICK SANCHEZ
A longtime Austin resident, Nick graduated from George Mason University and immediately began his career in the Washington DC nightlife scene. As the managing partner of an event planning group called NLA aka NightLife Agency, Nick hosted events catering to young socialites, business professionals and political clientele. His success with NLA led him to Eden Nightclub & Asia DC Nightclub, where he was general manager overseeing all aspects of the venues which hosted A-list celebrities and Grammy winning musical artists.
Furthering his career in hospitality, Nick became the Director of Bar Operations for the W Hotel overseeing one of the top grossing nightlife venues in Washington D.C. Heading back home to Texas, Nick then was promoted to the Director of Restaurants & Bars at W Austin Hotel overseeing multiple outlets including the city’s well known WET Deck pool and Living Room Lounge. A nightlife connoisseur, Nick’s extensive experience is driven by his love for hospitality and entertainment.

MACKAY PERRY
Growing up in Tucson and attending the University of Arizona, MacKay moved to Scottsdale in 2017 to work as an events assistant at Life by Design. As an integral part of the boutique wedding design firm, she traveled across the country producing weddings and events for celebrity clientele.
In 2020 she moved to Austin and joined the acclaimed floral design company Remi & Gold, where she designed for weddings featured in Martha Stewart, Brides and Vogue.
Mackay joined NoCo in 2022 as the executive assistant to the managing partners. MacKay plays an indispensable part in the operation of the company, offering invaluable support to the partners and beyond.

KENDALL MILO
Kendall is an enthusiastic live music and events professional who brings her expertise to NoCo Hospitality as the Production Manager for their expanding properties.
With a strong background encompassing artist hospitality, merchandise management, marketing, and administration, Kendall has made a mark in renowned festivals like Electric Forest, Dirtybird CampINN, Gridlife, and The Intersection in Grand Rapids. Previously, as the Marketing Director at Friends of Friends Agency, she successfully led campaigns for national events and businesses. Now based in Austin, Kendall takes the lead in production management and artist relations at Superstition, while overseeing other rapidly growing NoCo properties.
